Looking for ways to communicate electronically with neighbors to discuss local issues, promote a community event, or find your lost dog ? There are two great ways to find hundreds of Hamline Midway residents:

Hamline Midway Neighbors Forum

A moderated discussion listserv was started by e-Democracy with the help of the Hamline Midway Coalition in the summer of 2011. The Hamline Midway Neighbors Forum is a place to share announcements and discuss community issues and life specific to the Hamline Midway neighborhood. The Hamline Midway Neighbors Forum is supported by, but independent from, the Hamline Midway Coalition. Participate via e-mail or the web. Visit http://e-democracy.org/midway to learn more and become a member.

Hamline Midway Neighbors Facebook Group

Started and moderated by a former Hamline Midway resident, the group is "a place for residents of the Hamline Midway neighborhood in Saint Paul, MN to get acquainted and interact. The purpose of the group is to spark neighborly conversation and friendship through shared interests. Members are encouraged to share ideas and information and ask questions. Periodically there will be opportunities for members to meet in public, such as at a coffee shop or in a park." You must have an individual Facebook account(free) to participate, which can be acquired at www.facebook.com. Access the Group's page here
